In Yesterday’s Artists in Today’s World, I give voice to artists from the past but awakened in spirit and allow them to speak to us.
Come with me and listen to Yesterday’s Artists, awash in spiritual freedom, tell us about Today’s World in words, comments and artistic adaptations. Knowing what he knows now, what will Hemingway’s The Old Man and the Sea tells us today? Would Beckett wait for one other than Godot? What of Marilyn? What does she know now that she didn’t know then?
As skilled communicators who can speak and write without censorship and with spiritual insight, will Yesterday’s Artists help us understand our world?
In Yesterday’s Artists in Today’s World, I give creative voice to visionary souls in process of awakening.
Through imaginative device, Yesterday’s Visionaries in Today’s World reveals two contrasting visions that shape contemporary existence:
- In one, conquerors traverse the world as a series of endless privileges secured through material means and patriarchal oppression.
- In the other, conquered and oppressed individuals and groups perceive that consciousness animates nature, humanity and the spirit of a Living Earth.
